Portal User set up in SAP EP


In Portal security we have to provide access to users by giving portal roles in net weaver. This is same as ECC security.

Steps to create users in Portal:

Security team will log in to Portal and complete the user set up activity.

User Administration Tab will be used to set up under Identity Management.

1. Go to User administration


 

 select Create user:



2.  Assign portal roles to users and click on save.




Portal roles naming convention is : PCD:portal/…

PCD means portal content directory.
