Use of ST03 in SAP Security S&A View

Actually ST03 is widely used by basis  to analyze the system performance but this t code is also useful in security point of view to track the user accessed t codes with count with in time period

NAVIGATION PATH:

Goto st03 -> expert mode->total->month(select day or week or month)-> user and settlement statistics->user  profile->select user

 In the above screen shot you can find particular user (user name:affu) accessed t codes in ABAP INSTANCE NAME.

 

In the next column STEPS you can find how many times the t codes executed

ex: PFCG--->70 times.

note:  some times ST03 wont show the current data in SAP . then please check with Basis team that the performance job is running frequently or not.



Job:  SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR

if it is running perfectly then there is no problem, if not we wont get the data .
