In SAP if any consultants not able to resolve the incident/Issue then the consultant will raise ticket to SAP . Then SAP will log in to our system and will suggest possible solutions .
To log in to our SAP Systems via remotely,SAP need user id and password.
To provide access via remotely First Basis team has to open connection then S&A Team has to set up user in SAP GUI back end with SAP_ALL .once set up done maintain this user and password in secure area.
Steps:
1.Open service market place https://websmp106.sap-ag.de/
2.click on support portal and then next click on Help and Support
3.Click on Report a Product Error
Product means here module
4.Click on Search Messages and fill up fields
5.Click on search for messages which is created by your company employee .
6.Choose the message and click on it
7.System details will appear in this screen.
we have maintained the credentials in secure area.
Inform to requester that we have maintained the credentials.
